Supply Chain Coordinator - Crawley £28,000-£35,000

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of a business based in the Crawley area. The role of Supply Chain Coordinator is busy and varied, and will focus on managing the flow of products for clients, optimising supply chain operations, driving efficiency and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Expedite orders with sub-suppliers ensuring they comply with purchase order instructions and are kept to schedule for the required date
  • Check supplier invoices and shipping paperwork
  • Issue payment requests as per order needs
  • Ensure all certifications are received and correct
  • Liaise with warehouses and suppliers to ensure orders are correctly labelled for shipment
  • Issue shipping documents
  • Liaise with freight forwarder arranging imports and exports

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Must be able to commute to Crawley on a daily basis
