- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established and successful company based in Chessington, who have a rarely available opportunity to join their Customer Service team. - This is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including: - Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat
- Managing administrative tasks such as updating customer accounts and dealing with correspondence
- Processing orders, payments and returns
- Ensuring that customer queries are handled in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring that correspondence and emails are responded to within agreed timescales
- Working as part of a team to meet targets
 - To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and experience: - Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Able to write professional business emails
- High levels of attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication skills
 - Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (fully office based). The company offer a competitive salary of up to £26,500, plus onsite parking and benefits package.
