Finance Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting exclusively for a growing PE backed business based in Sloane Square in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to start immediately.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Finance department and the line management of the small team.

Responsibilities include: Payroll, Billing, Accounts Payable and Credit Control for the company and a focus on FP&A as we develop our reporting and BI covering both financial and non-financial reporting.

This role is varied and dynamic, you will be asked to get involved in several other tasks and projects as they arise, in order to meet the challenges of a growing business.

• Supervision of the finance team and its activities.
• Ensuring month end reconciliations are completed, correcting any errors
• Produce Month End P&L and reporting pack
• FP&A

This role would suit a candidate that is confident in delivering management accounts for a smaller business, with a keen interest in FP&A or data side of Finance. Knowledge of BI systems like Power BI, MS Query or previous experience in working with Planning systems like Vena or Adaptive Insights will be advantageous.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a well-educated qualified or late stage ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier who is looking to take the next step in an analytical and partnering focused role.

Someone with prior experience as a commercially focused management accountant, financial analyst, finance business partner or within an FP&A/commercial finance function would be ideally suited to this opportunity.
