- Kenneth Brian Associates is excited to announce an opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join our client, a prestigious company renowned globally. This position has become available due to the recent launch of a new site. - Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the financial health of three sites on a daily basis.
- Assist with balance sheet control, risk management, and audit processes.
- Ensure inventory checks adhere to internal standards.
- Manage working capital and conduct ongoing cost reviews.
- Handle Purchase and Sales Ledgers.
 - Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience in a similar role
- Capable of working independently and supervising a small team when required.
 - Typical Daily/Weekly Tasks: - Coordinate with local management, divisional, and group-level accounting staff to maintain consistency.
- Manage risk and working capital concerns.
- Complete all accounts office tasks accurately and promptly.
- Pursue aged debtors.
 - Typical Monthly Tasks: - Reconcile bank statements.
- Reconcile manufacturer bonus debts.
- Support the production of management accounts
- Calculate and post accruals and prepayments.
- Handle demo write-downs.
- Assist with Composite submissions to the Brand.
- Support Sales & Purchase ledger closing.
- Review and report on aged debtors.
