Kenneth Brian Associates are hiring a part-time Bookkeeper for a distribution business based in Chessington. This is an ongoing temporary role to support the Head of Finance to cover maternity.
You will be available to start immediately and there is flexiblity around how you work the 16-20 hours per week, although you will be office based. Onsite parking is available.
Duties:-
Responsible for Accounts Payable, handing queries and reconciling supplier statements.
Responsible for Accounts Receivable, raising invoices and a small amount of chasing for overdue invoices
Bank Reconciliations
Assisting with balance sheet recs, cashbooks and various cash reporting
Stock analysis and reporting
Assisting Head of Finance with month-end activities
Hourly rate depending on experience.
