Kenneth Brian Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well respected company based in Surbiton. They are looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent Basis. The role will be fully office based.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling company credit cards and process quarterly VAT returns.
- Performing bank reconciliations, credit control, and process expense claims.
- Running all CIS Payments.
- Running year-end accounts.
- Process company Payroll
- Ensure timely invoicing and submission to client portals.
- Produce full sets of Management Accounts.
- Provide support to the company as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Experience with Double Entry
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
