Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established client in the Chessington area, who are seeking an experienced individual to join their team.

Working as part of a busy team, this role will involve:
- Handling calls and emails from new and existing customers, answering and resolving their queries, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Processing orders and quotations, on the phone, online and occasionally face to face
- Advising customers on product suitability and availability, suggesting alternatives if appropriate
- Assisting with after sales, liaising with purchasing, despatch and accounts departments to ensure customers’ orders are delivered on time
- Making courtesy calls to customers to ensure their requirements are being met
- Processing payments for customers’ orders
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Keeping up to date with products
- Supporting the Sales Support Manager with ad hoc projects
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service in a busy environment
- Ability to respond to calls and emails in a professional manner
- Tenacious self-starter who can work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
