Kenneth Brian Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a unique local company based in Wimbledon. They are looking to hire an Accountants Assistant to join their team on a permanent Basis. The role will be fully office based.
Responsibilities:- Reconciling company credit cards and process VAT returns.
- Performing bank reconciliations, credit control, and process expense claims.
- Running all CIS Payments
- Assist with year-end accounts.
- Ensure timely invoicing and submission to client portals.
- Management of suppliers and ensuring timely payment of invoices
- Assisting with debt collection and preparation of management accounts.
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
- CIS knowledge and experience
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
