- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-known organisation based in Wallington, who are looking for Contact Centre Agents to join their team.
This is very different to the average Contact Centre role; you will be handling incoming calls and taking information, asking questions to ensure high quality of information is obtained, liaising with internal and external contacts, and providing important input into the outcome of each and every call.
Specific responsibilities of the role:
- Handling incoming calls
- Asking pertinent questions to obtain accurate information
- Responding to online queries
- Processing information
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a telephone based role
- High levels of attention to detail
- An empathetic manner with the ability to adapt to calls from a variety of individuals
- Ability to prioritise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Various shift patterns are available, which will be discussed with applicants with relevant experience.
