Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a specialised company based in Croydon who are looking to hire a Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role and be able to commute to Croydon as this is an office based role.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day data entry
- Bank Reconciliation
- VAT preparation
- Monthly Creditors
- Taking ownership of Sales and Purchase ledger
- Payroll
- Supplier Account reconciliation and management
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Expenses logging
- Year End preparations for external accountant
- Any ad hoc accounts and office work as required
About you:
- Bookkeeping experience
- Good understanding of Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- The ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
