Description
Kenneth Brian has partnered with an unique company based in Esher. The ideal candidate should be self motivated and have good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word) and knowledge of Sage Accounts or other windows based accounting would be preferable. You should be comfortable working in a small office environment and have 6-12 months experience working in a finance department with particular emphasis on Purchase Ledger.

The role is fully office based with 20 hours per week.

Main Duties

Checking, inputting and payment of supplier invoices to Sage Accounts system and Support to Group Accounts Assistant .Management of Purchase Ledger (including Purchase Order Control):
1. Ensure Orders are placed according to procedure
2. Confirming orders received as placed
3. Matching orders to invoices and obtaining approval from department heads
4. Input invoices and/or import invoices on to Sage Accounting system
5. Reconcile supplier statements
6. Prepare supplier payments including a few International/foreign payments and import Sage file To Bank
7. Investigate and resolve queries
8. Maintaining supplier account details on sage eg bank details for bacs runs, emails for remittance advice's, etc Posting of Employee Expenses and Company Credit Card payments. Providing support to Group Accounts Assistant in respect of Venue sales receipts
9. Obtain revenue reports from multiple payment gateway
10. Print daily reports from centralised booking system.
11. Export daily takings CSV from centralised booking system and import into Sage Accounts.
12. Reconcile daily takings with aforementioned reports.
13. Investigate discrepancies in daily takings and post corrections.
14. Reconcile bank accounts in conjunction with reconciled daily taking reports. Provide additional cover for GAA as and when required. Some stock control and ordering responsibilities eg Stationery etc Assist senior managers with various analyses and ad hoc duties

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
