- Kenneth Brian Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well established company based in Clapham. They are looking to hire an Accountant to join their exceptional team on a permanent Basis. The role will be fully office based.
Responsibilities:
· Complete transactional accounting function to comply with Government regulations. Sage 50c knowledge is essential.
· Full payroll and HR preparations - including contracts and auto-enrolment. Preparing quarterly commission figures.
· Responsibility of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
· Preparing monthly sales meetings marginal figures.
· Management of account reconciliations, general ledger analysis and balance sheet recs.
· Production of monthly management accounts.
· Authorizing of all supplier/payroll/expense payments
· Statutory returns (PAYE, VAT, personal Tax Return for Shareholder)- remembering vat on deposits.
· Monthly Barclaycard receipts entering onto Sage 50.
· Ensuring processes and controls are monitored and updated with maintenance of financial systems.
· Collating all Year-end information giving and liaising with Accountants
