- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic new opportunity for an HR Administrator, for a company based in Redhill.
Working as part of a small team, this role will provide essential support across a range of administrative responsibilities, and will suit someone with excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day to day duties of the HR function
- Providing support and guidance to line managers
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Administration of training activities and maintaining training records
- Administration of pension and private medical insurance schemes
- Maintaining HR reports
- HR employee lifecycle administration
- Assisting with recruitment
- Answering general HR queries
- Assisting with payroll
This role would suit someone with administrative experience and an interest in HR who is looking for their first opportunity, or someone who already has some HR experience.
Key requirements include:
- Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn and to work independently
- Professional communication skills
- High levels of literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Commitment to providing a professional HR service
