Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in Sutton as a HR Advisor/Employee Relations Specialist on a FTC. The organisation are undergoing a very busy period so require extra HR support over a period of 6 months. This role would suit someone with HR experience, specifically managing disciplinary/grievance and all employee relation matters and casework management. Our client offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Please note you must have UK based experience

Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive support and advice on all employment queries/cases
  • Managing employee relations casework
  • Advising managers on best practice and current UK employment law
  • Maintain HR database and filing systems ensuring information is up to date and accurate
  • HR Administration duties such as processing payroll and visas

Experience

  • HR Experience - particularly dealing with employee relations
  • CIPD level 3 qualified; or qualified by experience
  • Working knowledge of employment law and good practice
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to act with discretion
  • Must be willing to commute to Sutton on a regular basis
  • Experience using HR Systems
  • Able to start on a short notice period
