- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious client based in the Epsom area, who have a vacancy to join their Customer Experience team.
The company offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, along with hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home).
Key responsibilities of the role will include:- Managing enquiries from customers via a number of channels
- Managing and growing a portfolio of customer contracts
- Tailoring each contact to each specific customer
- Advising customers of the options available to them
- Ensuring customers are contacted within agreed SLA
- Managing customer expectations, ensuring they are met
- Liaising with other teams internally
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
