Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are partnered with an outstanding organisation based in Leatherhead who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term basis. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and will happy to travel to Leatherhead 5 days a week.

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for supervising 1 direct report in the Accounts Payable Team
  • Ensuring all manual and automated invoices, credit notes and payments are processed accurately and promptly, within the agreed time frames
  • Manage all invoices ensuring they are coded correctly and matched with approved purchase orders
  • Liaise with colleagues ensuring the invoices are approved and queries are all resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage the Inbox and ensure all emails are responded to promptly
  • Manage payment runs
  • Liaise with colleges and manage client and supplier queries with quick resolution so there are minimal payment delays.
  • Complete all monthly statement reconciliations and reviews
  • Review and process expense claims
  • Ensure all corporate credit cards claims are processed and fully reconciled each month
  • Monitor and assist with system testing/ process changes.
  • Any ad hoc Business Requirements as requested

About You:

  • Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor
  • Adaptable, flexible & able to multi-task
  • Previous experience with Sage will be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can think outside the box.
  • Good communicator at all levels.
  • Identifies priorities & organises tasks accordingly
  • Organised self-starter - personal objective setter
  • Positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent Administration skills
