- Kenneth Brian Associates are partnered with an outstanding organisation based in Leatherhead who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term basis. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and will happy to travel to Leatherhead 5 days a week.
Main Duties:- Responsible for supervising 1 direct report in the Accounts Payable Team
- Ensuring all manual and automated invoices, credit notes and payments are processed accurately and promptly, within the agreed time frames
- Manage all invoices ensuring they are coded correctly and matched with approved purchase orders
- Liaise with colleagues ensuring the invoices are approved and queries are all resolved in a timely manner
- Manage the Inbox and ensure all emails are responded to promptly
- Manage payment runs
- Liaise with colleges and manage client and supplier queries with quick resolution so there are minimal payment delays.
- Complete all monthly statement reconciliations and reviews
- Review and process expense claims
- Ensure all corporate credit cards claims are processed and fully reconciled each month
- Monitor and assist with system testing/ process changes.
- Any ad hoc Business Requirements as requested
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Adaptable, flexible & able to multi-task
- Previous experience with Sage will be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can think outside the box.
- Good communicator at all levels.
- Identifies priorities & organises tasks accordingly
- Organised self-starter - personal objective setter
- Positive "can-do" attitude.
