Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of an exceptional organisation based in Reigate. They are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their exceptional team on an initial 12 Month fixed term contract.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor budgets and assist accordingly with planning and drafts
  • Thoroughly check reports ensuring all discrepancies are dealt with
  • Posting accruals and prepayments
  • Assist with Month end and year end processes in a timely manner
  • Assist with annual statutory audit
  • Support purchase ledger and senior management team
  • Processing bank statements, company cards and assist with online banking
  • Any other duties as required by the Finance Department

Skills & Experience required:

  • At least 2/3 years previous experience in accounts
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Extremely organised with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
