Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of an global company based in Croydon who are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Supervisor on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role.

Responsibilities:

· To provide knowledge and guidance to the Accounts Receivable team where needed
· Raise invoices (including recharges and royalties)
· Post overseas sales and cost of sales journals
· Allocate netting payments for intercompany accounts
· Send statements to intercompany entities
· Raise intercompany transfer pricing invoices and reconciling the accounts
· Raise Global IT & HR invoices to send to intercompany entities
· Reconcile accounts for Global IT & HR recharges
· ICT reconciliation & reporting
· Internal and external query resolutions
· Assist with close processes, including posting journals in SAP, supporting with balance sheet reconciliations
· Work closely with external audit
· Build and sustain strong relationships across the business
· Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met
· To provide cover for the Assistant Accountant - Accounts Payable role
· Ad hoc duties and projects as required
