- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of an well established company based in Croydon who are looking to hire an Deputy Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
Duties:- Daily rates
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit card analysis
- Month end procedure
- Year-end procedure
- Prepare and submit industry based monthly and quarterly reports
- VAT reconciliation and quarterly submission
- Fixed Asset register
- Payroll
- Pension
- Suppler Payments
- Overseas payments
- Approving supplier invoices
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable to the Finance Manager
- Update internal CRM and our accounting database and spreadsheets
- Assisting with the preparation of Management Accountants
- 3 years of experience in a senior financial position
- A good understanding of financial management obligation, especially statutory obligations and requirement
- Experience with SAP, would be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Solid data entry skills with good attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- The ability to work independently
