- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a small but very successful company based in Epsom, who are looking for a new member of their friendly Customer Service team.
The main focus of the role will be to handle queries from existing customers who have already placed an order, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Specific responsibilities will include:- Responding to calls and emails from customers
- Resolving queries
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve customer requests
- Giving advice and support to customers
- Booking in customers who require an engineer visit
- Various administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Able to write business emails
- Ability to resolve customer issues in a prompt and timely manner
- Working in a team, as well as on your own initiative
