- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates, are exclusively partnering with a high growth, £400m+ revenue business in their search for an experienced Finance Business Partner to start immediately.
This role will be a hybrid position, however, you will have the chance to visit their H/Q based near Gatwick, which you can use as a base, as and when required.
All candidates need to be available immediately to qualify for this exciting position.
Key Duties:- Managing and assisting with the rolling forecast, including area level consolidation. Working closely with Operational leaders and other department Managers to understand business activities and forecast/budget accurately.
- Work Proactively with the Operational management team to drive commercial thinking
- Responsible for monthly Board reporting for key KPIs
- Analysing and presenting data to enable more robust decision making based on key commercial metrics
- Preparation of monthly dashboards and analysis to share with Operations
- Support the management accounts team with preparation of monthly accounts
- Support with preparation of business cases and financial modelling for the business development team
- Accounting qualification; CIMA, ACA, ACCA or experienced QBE candidates could also be considered.
- Stakeholder management at Director level.
- Ability to influence decision makers and lead conversations to ensure optimal financial outcomes
- Ability to drive results, having a track record of high performance and examples of delivering improvements to the top and bottom line
- Strong financial analytical, modelling and accounting skills. Create and provide insight
- Exhibiting a Growth Mindset; having an inquisitive mind, desire to learn and take on stretch goals
- Self-motivated with an ability to organise and work independently
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and tackle complex operational initiatives collaboratively
