- Kenneth Brian Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well established company based in Leatherhead. They are looking to hire a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their exceptional team on a temporary basis.
The candidate will need to be available to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities will include:- Assistance with management accounts preparation
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Recharge expenses and revenue reconciliation
- Prepare and post period end journal entries ensuring accurate recording of all costs
- Maintain Accounts Receivable function
- Resolve sales ledger and debtor issues appropriately
- Invoice processing and transmission
- Chase outstanding debt
- Customer onboarding
- Reporting including cashflow forecast
