- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a new opportunity for a company based in Leatherhead, who are looking for a new member of their team.
The role of Customer Service Representative involves ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times to existing and new customers.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers to understand their needs
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service
- Preparing reports
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing deliveries
- Building relationships with third parties and customers
- Ensuring invoices are correct
- Providing support to the external Sales team
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- The ability to problem solve, make decisions and work on your own authority
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Confident and professional with strong communication skills
