- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a small but growing company within the travel industry. We are seeking an experience Travel Specialist to arrange all aspects of tours, including planning an itinerary, preparing quotes and liaising with clients for UK and Europe travel. This role is really is focusing on two/three main clients, which involves long and complex tours, you will really need to know your way around costings etc.Duties
- Design itineraries tailor made for clients
- To cost and quote accurately
- Achieve the costed profit margins for all tours and aim to over achieve
- Ensure smooth operations of all groups - booking all services, issuing tickets, invoicing clients etc.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates
- Develop and research products and visits for tours
- Develop product knowledge by participing in relevant trips and visits as necessary
Experience:- Must be in a similar role with experience of booking travel and itinerary planning
- Excellent financial/spreadsheet experience
- Must live within commutable distance of Epsom
- Computer literate, good Maths skills, fluent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of European tour product would be desirable but not essential
- Second language is desirable but not essential
- Able to work within a small team
