- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a growing company based in Epsom, who are seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their team.
This is a new role, available due to expansion, and will involve a range of responsibilities including the following:
- Maintaining consistent communication with a portfolio of customer accounts
- Handling queries from customers via telephone and email, in a professional and timely manner
- Dealing with billing and invoice queries
- Handling renewals
- Maintaining accurate records
- Producing quotations and other documents
- Raising invoices
- Keeping task lists up to date
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Confident and professional with previous experience of managing customer accounts
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to write professional business emails
- Attention to detail
- Organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise
