- Description
- Our client based in Central Wimbledon have an exciting new opportunity within their growing team to join as Payroll Officer. They are based a few minutes walk from Wimbledon station and offer a 36 hour week.
Key Responsibilities:-- Accurate and timely resolution of queries and requests within the payroll email inbox
- Polite and helpful resolution of telephone queries and requests
- Calculation, checking and data entry related to payroll requests
- Data entry of P45’s, starter and leaver forms and court orders
- Pension administration
- Administration of manual payments
- Review and validation of pre-commit payroll data using the in-house payroll system and Excel
- Engagement with employees and stakeholders and providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and pensions
- Delivering a payroll service in line with the companies policy and procedures
