- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting with an amazing company going through a period of growth who are looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting in to the Finance Director and managing 3 member of staff you will need to have experience within in a similar role and will be a qualified accountant who is looking to progress and will be happy to travel to Redhill to work twice a week to work.
Main Duties:- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annually consolidated Management accounts
- Provide monthly commentary on variances to budget and forecast.
- Monthly commission and bonus accrual reconciliation.
- Monthly reporting on profitability and sales analysis.
- Producing year end statutory accounts under FRS 102/IFRS and European GAAPs
- Responsibility for some of the Group’s VAT returns.
- Balance sheet reconciliation.
- Prepare and file all necessary payroll reports and taxes for the UK.
- Producing weekly cashflow reports.
- Drive process automation by implementing and administrating news tools.
- Ad-hoc projects as required by the Director of Finance.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- This position would require the successful candidate to travel to the office 2 days a week.
- Strong communication skills to address a wide variety of organisations and audience.
- Proven experience in both management and statutory accounting.
- Strong experience with payroll processing
- Self-starter and able to work on own initiative.
- Strong Excel skills and system skills
