- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are assisting in the recruitment for a progressive company based in Redhill who are looking for a Finance Director to join their team on a permanent basis. For the role you will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years experience in a senior role but would still have a hands on approach at there is 4 members of staff (3 of which are active studiers) to manage.
Main Duties:- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements to deadlines
- Compile annual budgets for consideration and review
- Maintain good relationships with the company’s banks and responsible for weekly & monthly submissions along with regular audits
- Daily monitoring of cash balances and review payments for approval along with managing the company’s currency requirements
- Oversee both stock and trade debtors ensuring their recoverability and accuracy
- Responsibility for the company’s insurance, outsourcing of IT and submission of compliance schemes
- Responsible for the payroll and pension requirements
- Manage a team of four ensuring training and career development where required
- Support the Managing Director in any ad-hoc projects as well as assisting across the business when required
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Well organized with strong management skills
