- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic Chessington based company, who are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead their Customer Service team, whilst ensuring that high levels of service are achieved and maintained.
The role will involve:
- Leading the Customer Service team
- Monitoring KPIs, ensuring targets are met
- Monitoring performance and providing training and coaching where required
- Managing rotas to ensure sufficient coverage at all times
- Ensuring calls and web chat are sufficiently staffed
- Handling escalated customer calls
- Maintaining and distributing departmental reporting
- Annual performance reviews
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience of managing a Customer Service team
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication at all levels, written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Competency in MS Office and Teams, with the ability to learn new systems
