- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well established company based in Epsom.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a great team, providing a high level of service to customers regarding a range of products.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Responding to calls and emails from customers
- Resolving queries and issues
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve customer requests
- Giving advice and support to customers
- Booking in customers who require an engineer visit
- Various administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Able to write business emails
- Ability to resolve customer issues and queries
- Working in a team, as well as on your own initiative
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm. Free parking is available on site.
