Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a leading corporate business in Epsom who are looking to hire a Credit Controller to work within their successful collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily chasing via phone and emails of ageing debt
  • Chasing of failed Direct Debts to make sure payment is secured within the month of failure
  • Account follow ups
  • Collations of all credits and refunds
  • Moving of debt to legal teams in a timely manner & maintaining legal system with account updates and revenue increases
  • Updating of account system, ensuring all communication are logged in a time manner and maintained at all times so that each entry is correct.
  • Monthly aged debt reports
  • Responding to emails
  • Dealing with escalations
  • Any ad-hoc tasks
To be considered for this Credit Control position will need to have the following skills:
  • Previous Credit Control experience (at least 6 months)
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills
