Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exceptional client based in Leatherhead, who are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team on temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience within a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Posting of AP invoices
  • Resolve AP issues and queries.
  • Posting DD’s and S/O’s.
  • Uploading payments onto the banking portal.
  • Creating payment runs.
  • Raising of Fee and Trail invoices.
  • Chasing outstanding debt.
  • Day to day management of the Accounts Inbox.
  • Updating and maintain records in Sales Force.
  • Reconciling credit card transactions.
  • Other admin tasks as needed.
Person specification:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of software packages such as sage and excel
