- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a well known company based in West Molesey who are looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their vibrant team on a 6 month contract with the possibility of extending. The ideal candidate will have a worked within a similar role and will be immediately available or on a short notice to start.
Your main duties will include;- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the cash flow forecast and report variances
- Ensuring month-end and year-end close process completed
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit rankings with banks
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Processing the payment run
- Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
- Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
- Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances
- Management of 2 accounts staff
