Interim HR Manager £200-£290 per day
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an Interim HR Management opportunity on behalf of a globally recognised award winning brand based in Surrey. We are seeking someone who can start ASAP until the new year when the permanent post holder will join the business, you will be responsible for keeping the ball rolling between this period.
Our client offers hybrid working and possibly even WFH for the correct candidate with the right experience
Duties will entail:
- Dealing with HR contractual changes
- Supporting the people strategy with projects including implementation of new HR system
- Oversee all joiners/leaders across the organisation
- System changes
- Coach and mentor managers and employees through a range of ER matters
Experience required
- You must be available immediately and able to commute until the new year
- Experience working at HR Management level
- Able to hit the ground running and work off initiative
- CIPD Level 5 is highly desirable
