- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exclusive basis with a leading Services business based in Leatherhead, to hire a Financial Accountant, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. This is a progressive role within a hugely successful organisation with a defined career path in place.
Hybrid working.
To be considered for this vacancy, you will ideally be ACA or ACCA qualified from an accountancy practice background, but those qualified in industry will also be considered.
You will be a technically strong financial accountant with excellent IT and excel skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently. This role requires a confident communicator, capable of interacting at all levels within the business.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Involvement in month end close and reporting for all Group companies, including preparation of consolidation.
* Assist the Group Financial Controller with preparation of statutory accounts and management of the annual audit cycle.
* Responsible for all accounting subsidiaries, including the outsourced billing function.
* Manage and develop accounting system, to ensure accounts team are maximising functionality.
