- Description
- Kenneth Brian associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in their industry for a Customer Service Executive/Administrator. The main scope of the role would be communicating with clients setting up their details on the database and organising with employees/customers to ensure their corporate account is up to date and operational plans are scheduled. This role would ideally suit someone with 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a client focused environment.
Duties:- Co-ordinate logistic operations for companies’, employees/customers in the UK and internationally
- Setting up clients on the database - ensuring all details are up to date and correct
- Produce quotations regarding their operational plans
- Organising and arranging all operational plans, making sure to schedule and monitor the development of these
- Offering insurance depending on requirements and value of goods
- Invoicing ensuring all correct procedures have been applied
- 2 or more years customer service experience
- Previous experience of working in a client focused environment
- Strong computer literacy & good understanding of various platforms
- Accuracy is a must as you will be inputting data
- Live within an commutable distance of Merstham
- Finally, you must be enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team
