- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established business looking for an accomplished and driven Financial Controller to join its team based on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex.
Reporting to the Managing Director of this circa £20m turnover company you will manage the finance function, (team of 6), creating a culture of continuous improvement within the team, and be responsible for delivering management accounts, statutory reports, and financial analysis for the group ready for submission to their external accountants.
The ideal candidate for this role must be an accomplished Financial Controller (ideally CIMA/ACA or ACCA qualified) however we will also consider QBE too.
You will lead a small finance team of 6 and oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s finance department. You will identify and implement improvements to financial systems and controls and deliver first class management accounts on a monthly basis. You will manage the group’s financial accounting software, create forecasts and budgets, manage corporation tax returns, prepare financial reports, and ensure financial stability.
