- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic role for a company based in Leatherhead, who have big plans for growth, and as a result have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team.
The role will focus on the delivery of all recruitment activities, ensuring the entire process is handled smoothly and efficiently. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Leading the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Recruiting for a high volume of roles across the company
- Using candidate ATS system
- Supporting the HR Manager in delivering key objectives
- Ensuring records are accurate and producing reports
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous HR/Recruitment experience, either agency or internal
- CIPD qualification would be desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple roles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- IT literate, good knowledge of MS Office, ATS experience would be an advantage
