- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an entry level opportunity to join a leading company as an Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. This will be ideal if you are either, a recent graduate looking to make that break into an office environment or perhaps a school leaver with a little bit of admin experience. Our client offers excellent progression opportunities for those who really put in 110%.
Duties Include:- Responding to customer queries and offering all vital administration through the team
- Building and maintaining relationships by keeping in contact via email, telephone and meetings
You will possess the following attributes:- GCSE's B minimum in Maths and English
- Recent Graduate would be preferred but not essential
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent communicator, friendly and approachable
