- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a successful organisation based in Redhill, to recruit a Debt Management Advisor to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the Finance industry, to develop a career in an organisation who offer genuine opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with debt management accounts and vulnerable customers
- Maintaining effective collection of debt
- Ensuring that vulnerable customer accounts are handled in line with guidelines and service levels
- Identify customers’ needs and requirements, aiming to avoid repossession
- Ensuring that arrangements are in line with customers’ ability to pay and maintain the agreement
- Running regular reports
To be considered, you will need:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C, including Maths and English
- Previous experience within the Finance industry, ideally with Collections experience
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability to deal with conflict and difficult situations
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment
