- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are currently working with an established company based in Horsham, to hire a Finance Manager on a part-time permanent basis. This position is 25 hours per week with flexibility over 3,4 or 5 days to be agreed. Required attendance in the office, however, can look to a work from home arrangement once settled into role. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting required.
Duties:- Monthly & Yearly Management Accounts Plus liaising with Accountants at year end and as required
- Projected Accounts & Cashflow Forecasts
- In charge of the Company payroll to include Monthly & Yearly online Payroll Submissions
- Nest Company Pension Administrator
- Quarterly VAT returns and Submissions
- Reconciling of Bank Accounts, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit Control & Stock Control
- Currency transactions
- Knowledge of Dividends and Directors Tax
- Reporting directly to the owners, all work to be completed within specified time scales
- Sage 50 Accounts & Sage 50 Payroll together with Microsoft Office inclusive of Excel and Word
