- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an established and growing services business based in Sutton. We are looking to hire an Assistant Accountant to cover maternity leave for a period of circa 9 months.
You will need to be available at short notice as this is an urgent requirement. Please note this is NOT a remote role, so you will be required in work in the office, although some flexibility can be offered.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in the following areas:
· Inputting all hours from timesheets, payroll information and cross referencing with rotas
· Chase all outstanding invoices and payments
· Managing all office related purchase orders
· All office admin and ordering of stationary
· Accounts - booking of all expenses on Quick Books
· Setting up new accounts and chasing of PO numbers for invoicing purposes
