- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fast growing Guildford based company, who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a vital role, being the first point of contact for customers, and ensuring that a high level of service is provided at all times. Specific responsibilities include:
- Responding to telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Handling queries, issues and complaints
- Processing customer orders, payments, refunds and returns
- Keeping accurate records of all customer communications
- Identifying cross/up selling opportunities, promoting new products and promotions to customers
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service role, either face to face or telephone based
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Competency in MS Office packages
- Able to work under pressure
The role requires weekend working on a 4 weekly rota basis, with time off in lieu given. The company offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, with genuine opportunities for career progression.
