- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a leading construction business based in Leatherhead to recruit an FP&A Manager. Working in a close knit team this opportunity offers career progression and the opportunity to be close to commercial business activities.
As the Senior FP&A Manager you will play a key role for the business, reporting into the Finance Director. You will get exposure to all aspects of the business including commercial teams and the senior executive team.
You will understand and report on key business drivers to all operating departments to help support and influence key business decisions. Provide insightful and value added management information, budgeting and forecasting, tracking KPI's and business models for key decisions. You will develop business cases and models on new investments and activities. Further duties include cash flow forecasting and commercial reporting, including M&A analysis.

ACCA , CIMA, ACA or equivalent qualifications
Strong FP&A experience in a complex environment
