- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with one of the UK's fastest growing property developers who are enjoying a sustained period of growth. Due to significant growth, they are now seeking a talented finance manager to join their team.
The role:
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be taking on a key role in developing, preparing and presenting monthly Management Accounts and performance packs with key KPIs. You'll also be working with the other commercial teams within the group to spotting risks and opportunities alongside managing a small team of 3. Moving forward, you will also support the growth and development of the finance function, driving change/improvements in processes and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed:
The ideal candidate will be (ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified) you should have proven experience working at Manager level and be confident in all areas of month end, management accounts as well as supporting positive change.
