- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established company based in Epsom, who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join them on a temporary basis, to start immediately, up until the end of the year (possibly longer).
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to customers regarding servicing and repairs of equipment, and scheduling of Engineers. Key responsibilities will include:- Providing customer assistance and support on the phone
- Logging calls and despatching Engineers
- Planning and scheduling of Engineers’ work
- Liaising with Engineers and customers
- Producing reports and other administrative tasks
Full training will be provided, so previous experience, although beneficial, is not essential. You will need the following skills:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent in MS Office packages, with the ability to learn new systems
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Commitment to providing high level of service to customers at all times
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own initiative
