- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a market leading business looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. Working as part of a team of 5, you will report to the Management Accountant and have first class communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:-- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling a large number of supplier statements on a monthly basis
- Preparation of payment runs
- Processing expense payments for senior management
- Liaising with key business customers and suppliers in order to resolve queries
- A pro-active "CAN DO" attitude and an ability to perform under challenging deadlines
- Ability to liaise confidently and professionally with Senior Management in order to resolve discrepancies and answer queries
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
