- Kenneth Brian Associates have partnered with a Leatherhead based organisation who are seeking an experienced Recruiter to play a key role in sourcing talent across a range of disciplines.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from initial line manager briefing through to offer
- Working with line managers to determine key requirements for each role
- Production of job descriptions
- Benchmarking of salaries
- Writing advertisements and selecting the relevant recruitment channel
- Maintaining careers page and applicant tracking system
- Using social media as a means of candidate attraction
- Utilising job boards and engaging with recruitment agencies when required
- Managing the recruitment PSL
- Organising and running careers events
- Supporting line managers with shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews
- Carrying out first stage telephone interviews
- Using psychometric testing to support the recruitment process
- Generating contracts and onboarding new starters
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous in-house Recruitment experience
- Educated to degree level, ideally with a CIPD qualification, although for the right person study support would be considered
- Experience of working with line managers to support the entire recruitment process
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies, to prioritise and work under pressure
- Experience of using applicant tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruitment platforms
- Strong commercial awareness
