- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established and highly successful Insurance Broker based in SW London, who are looking for sales and customer focused individuals to join their team.
The role is busy and varied, with no two days the same, so you will need to be able to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Selling and administering insurance products which meet and are appropriate for each customer’s needs and requirements
- Building rapport with new customers
- Maintaining existing customer relationships
- Providing quotations and selling policies
- Cross-selling additional insurance products
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:- Previous Customer Service or Sales experience, telephone based or customer facing
- Ambitious and tenacious with the ability to tailor products and services to customers’ needs
- Ability to work effectively in a target driven, fast paced environment
- Confident and professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Career driven and keen to learn
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, and alternate Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm.
