- Kenneth Brian Associates are once again partnering exclusively with one of the UK's fastest growing Healthcare providers to recruit an experienced Pricing Manager.
The main purpose for this role will be to take ownership of the companies pricing strategy for new admissions and existing clients they support.
Key Duties:- Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
- Maintain and regularly update a pricing database
- Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing effectiveness
- Define new business procedures, and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system
- Negotiate annual fee changes with local authorities and collaborate with CEO/CFO to optimise fee agreements.
- Regular Board reporting of fee increase KPI’s.
- Management and development of a team of analysts
- Participation in group acquisitions with the business partnering team.
- Lead pricing for tenders to ensure bids are competitive and sustainable
- Lead the proactive fee review process
- Own the fees charged for new placements to encourage positive fee churn
- Defend pricing challenges from purchasing authorities
